The Perfect Cookie

The cookie that started it all. When we opened our first retail shop in Telluride in 2008, customers kept telling us it was the “perfect cookie.” Eventually we decided they were right—and the name stuck.

Chippers

When customers asked for a nut-free chocolate chip cookie, our pastry chef set out to create something completely different from the Perfect Cookie. Our signature brownie is rich, dense, and intensely chocolatey, made with premium Valrhona cocoa and both milk and dark chocolate chips. It’s the brownie we refuse to compromise on because exceptional ingredients make all the difference.

The Blondie
Our newest creation is dense, chewy, and packed with buttery caramel-toffee flavor. Rich without being overly sweet, it's already become a customer favorite. One guest told us it was “the best pastry I’ve ever had”—and after one bite, you’ll understand why.
