Telluride Truffle (“we”) runs telluridetruffle.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or order from us, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Orders and accounts: your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, order details and any account you create. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Authorize.Net.
- Forms: what you send through our contact form, and your email address and name if you sign up for our newsletter, which is sent through Mailchimp.
- Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location, through cookies and similar tools such as Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats.
- Security: your IP address and form details may be checked by spam and security tools, including Google reCAPTCHA, CleanTalk, Akismet and MalCare.
How we use it
We use this information to process and ship orders, answer your questions, send newsletters you asked for, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share what is needed with companies that help us run the store, including payment processing (Authorize.Net), shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS and ShipStation), email delivery (SendGrid, Mailgun, Mailchimp), analytics (Google, Automattic/Jetpack) and security providers. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting, and other information only as long as it is useful for the reasons above.

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
