Chocolate Truffle Sauce
We call our chocolate sauce Chocolate Truffle Liquor because it is made with the same ingredients as our truffles: organic cream, chocolate couveture, and flavored with natural oils and fruits or fine liquors. Not to be compared with most other chocolate sauces made with corn syrup and cocoa powder. There is no comparison. Pour it over ice cream, use as a fondue or just eat it off a spoon. This is not factory sealed therefore it must be refrigerated upon receipt. We launched our own recipe of hot chocolate in December 2006. By the end of the month, we sold 50 pounds by word of mouth alone. Now we know how good it is and are offering it to our internet customers. Take the advice of the locals in Telluride who have told us time and again. This is the best drinking chocolate on the market. Available in one pound bags in two flavors. Choose our traditional blend of dark and milk chocolate, not too sweet and not too bitter. Or our new Ancho Chile flavor which consists of a darker chocolate with a light addition of Ancho Chile and a touch of cinnamon.
